Welcome, and thank you for using bankbonuswizard.com ("Company," "we," or "us"). Our platform helps users discover relevant bank promotions and allows users to save offers, submit referral methods, participate in referral matching, and maintain a personal referral page. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, platform, APIs, documentation, and related tools (collectively, the "Service"). By using our Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Access and Use
1.1 Access Rights
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Service solely for your personal or internal business purposes, in accordance with these Terms.
1.2 User Content
You may submit content through the Service, such as bank promotion details, reviews, referral URLs, referral codes, referral email addresses, and comments ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and promote such content to operate and improve the Service.
1.3 Content Review and Moderation
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to review, remove, or modify User Content at our sole discretion, particularly if we believe it violates these Terms or any applicable law, or if it may harm the integrity of the Service.
2. User Responsibilities and Restrictions
2.1 Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for ensuring that email address, personal informational, bank promo codes or other data you share is truthful, current, and not misleading. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any user-generated content on the platform.
2.2 Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information about bank promotions or cards
- Use the Service to spam, scam, or conduct unlawful activities
- Interfere with or disrupt the functionality or security of the Service
- Infringe upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of others
- Use the Service for competitive analysis or reverse engineering
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for any prohibited activity.
3. Account Registration and Security
To access most of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use, contact us immediately at [email protected].
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is higher), to use the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws.
5. Referrals, Invitations, and Credits
5.1 Free Access
Core access to BankBonusWizard is currently provided without a subscription fee. Some optional features may use platform credits, and we may introduce paid credit packages or other paid services in the future. Any price and applicable terms will be disclosed before a purchase.
5.2 Referral Cards
Registered users may submit referral URLs, codes, email addresses, or other supported referral instructions (collectively, "Referral Methods"). Referral Methods are not displayed in a public directory. When another eligible user requests a referral for a relevant offer, the Service may select and reveal one eligible Referral Method through its matching system. Submission does not guarantee selection, display, use, account openings, or a referral reward.
5.3 Matching Eligibility
A newly approved Referral Method may participate in platform matching for an initial period of 10 days. Users may spend credits to extend that matching period. Extension prices may vary based on the estimated value of the associated referral reward and the selected extension length. Current prices are shown in the Service before credits are spent. Expiration of matching eligibility does not automatically remove the referral from the user's personal referral page.
5.4 Personal Referral Pages
Users may receive a shareable personal page that contains their active, profile-visible Referral Methods. Personal pages are accessible to anyone who has the page URL and may be shared by the user. Users are responsible for ensuring that every referral method and statement on their page is accurate, authorized, and compliant with the applicable financial institution's rules.
5.5 Invitation and Credit Rewards
We may award credits for qualifying actions. Under the current program, every new user may receive 10 credits after completing account registration and email verification, plus 20 credits after submitting a first valid Referral Method, whether or not the user registered through an invitation. Separately, the inviting user may receive 15 credits after the invited user submits a first valid Referral Method. Rewards are subject to validation, are limited to one qualifying reward per person or event, and may be withheld, reversed, or removed if an account, invitation, or submission is duplicate, fraudulent, self-referred, automated, misleading, or otherwise abusive.
5.6 Credit Terms
Credits are a limited, revocable license to use designated features of the Service. Unless we expressly state otherwise, credits have no cash value, are not legal tender, do not represent stored value, cannot be withdrawn or redeemed for cash, and may not be transferred, sold, or traded between users. Credit balances, earning rules, prices, and eligible uses may change prospectively. Credits spent on an activated matching extension are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or when we determine that a technical error occurred.
5.7 Review, Removal, and Program Changes
We may verify, reject, pause, expire, deprioritize, or remove any Referral Method or personal page, including referral details that are broken, expired, inaccurate, prohibited by a third party, or inconsistent with these Terms. We may also limit participation, adjust matching logic, modify or end the invitation or credit program, and correct credit balances when reasonably necessary to protect users and the integrity of the Service.
5.8 Affiliate Program and Third-Party Promotions
As part of our business model, we may include third-party affiliate links, promotions, or partnerships within the Service. If you click on an affiliate link and make a purchase or sign up for a financial product or service, we may receive a commission at no extra cost to you. These affiliate relationships do not influence the objectivity of our promotional content. We encourage users to independently verify any third-party offer before taking action.
We are not responsible for any claims, terms, or obligations associated with third-party products or services linked via the affiliate program. Use of such offers is entirely at your own discretion and subject to those third parties' terms and policies.
6. Service Changes and Termination
We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We also reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to your account if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a harmful or unlawful manner.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any promotions or Recommendation Cards displayed on the platform. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.
